Sugar, fried foods, processed foods, and fat.
Not many people take these 4 groups seriously, these are the leading factors to Obesity, and Sickness.
Eat as much fruit and vegetable and stay away from these groups as much as possible, every so often you can treat yourself, but dont lie to yourself and indulge all the time.

Here’s my super short but effective workout- using (30lb) barbell

20 x shoulder press (shoulder)
20 x bent over lat rows (upper back)
20 x deadlift (lower back)
20 x bicep curls (biceps)
20 x squats (quads)
20 x pushups (chest)
20 x skull crushers, (triceps)
rest 1 minute

repeat 4x with 1 min rest in between.

Feel free to add more weight or reps.

Skinny Jeans vs Fat – Round 1: Fight!.

http://senormad.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/fat-guy-in-skinny-jeans.jpg

Here’s a little twist on Quinoa I came up with. Its a quinoa mac and cheese.

1 cup of Quinoa
2 cups of water
1 cup of shredded cheese (mozzarella or marble cheese)
One green onion stalk
1 tsb of parsley
1 tsb of garlic powder
1/2 tsb salt

-Rinse Quinoa in water and strain
-boil 1 cup of quinoa and salt in 2 cups of water on high until it starts boiling.  Then cover and reduce to media heat for 15 minutes
-once quinoa is ready add cheese, parsley, garlic powder mix in well and let sit for 5 mins

serve and enjoy!

There’s a whole lot of speculation about natural cures and remedies. Supplementing vitamins, minerals, herbs, and spices. Do they work?
I’m a strong believer that they do.  It’s science.  Our body functions by using vitamins and minerals. If your body lacks any of the vitamins needed to help organs function than you will have a deficiency which usually leads to sickness, illness,  and health problems.
Depending on your symptoms you can figure out what problem you have, thus figuring out what deficiencies you lack.
Since  natural foods contain different vitamins and minerals you can usually cure most sickness with whole foods.

Vitamins and minerals supplements are also great if you are not getting enough nutrients through your diet. Knowing the way your body works, metabolism, digestion, excretion, are all very important to know for optimal health. Also knowing which organs need what nutrients comes in handy as well.
After all you eat, your body digests, you metabolize the nutrients, the nutrients are designated to the organs they are needed and those organs do the jobs they are supposed to do. Then last but not least your body must excrete the waste so your do not pollute your insides.
Even though the body is such a complex system of mini systems it is fairly basic. Food goes in, nutrients are dispersed, and waste is excreted.
So using vitamins and minerals, or natural foods that contain many of these helpful nutrients and enzymes does work. YES I SAID IT. NATURAL CURES AND REMEDIES DO WORK!
However they will not work if your system isn’t clean and working efficiently.
You can cure mostly everything with natural supplements ,however, sometimes disease is too far gone and we must rely on pharmaceuticals and medical practices. What happens to the majority of doubters is that they try natural supplements when they are already experiencing health issues. You need to first clean out your system, detox. Second you need to start eating healthy, natural foods. None of that ready made, prepackaged crap. Then once your body is running more efficient you can start to dose with vitamins and minerals. If not you are just wasting your time and money.
